REVIEW: the dentonweaver by raccoon tour

Raccoon Tour is a must-listen to band, Raccoon Tour released an album that will fall generally right into the category of emo-pop-punk, and they won’t disappoint in the slightest. Nate Burr explains, “The Dentonweaver is an emo-pop-punk concept album about two troublemakers wrecking their town and standing toe-to-toe against the oppressive forces of capitalism, existentialism, heartbreak, and slushies.” It’s one of the few well told stories and put together, I believe that Nate Burr has achieved being able to tell this story perfectly the way he had intended. The album has so many elements with the upbeat tunes and inclusion of a 4-string ukulele, there are also a few songs that take the album to a different level from indie, electronic, and a little bit of pop. Just like the way that Nate wanted to tell it, it all flows well together. The album is definitely worth listening to and giving it a solid rating of 4 out 5 stars.
