Since his debut in 2018, Kevin Tiah has released plenty of singles, and in October, he released the latest of these, titled “Imperfections.”
A piano and strings start the song off, while a trap beat drives the majority of the verses, and those sections highlight the pop and R&B influences early on. Monstrous guitar riffs make an appearance for a brief moment during the first verse, and return later on during the song’s anthemic chorus (which offers up some really catchy melodies. The guitars continue showing off the heavier aspects of Kevin’s sound during the bridge, which brings an attention-grabbing vocal performance before the chorus returns one final time.
“Imperfections” combines a handful of different musical genres and styles extremely well and is a very interesting listen overall.
