Here to introduce you to a band that is a definite must-listen-to is London-based pop band, New Hope Club. The band just recently wrapped up a US tour in July and finished off the rest of their world tour in Europe and Asia, and luckily on tour, they got the chance to play some of their newest singles like; Getting Better and Girl Who Does Both. For the rest of the year, the band will be releasing two-song sets that will lead to their upcoming sophomore album, the latest two-set single was just released today Call Me A Quitter and Whatever. The band’s sound is definitely fitting for anyone who is a fan of bands like; COIN, The Band Camino, The 1975, & Bad Suns. Their new sound is very upbeat and one you can dance around and sing to. Call Me A Quitter, may soon become one of the band’s best singles and I can definitely see it being a crowd favorite to sing along with the chorus going like, “Oh, nobody, nobody, nobody can call me, call me a quitter”. Whatever is a little bit on the slower side but still a small hint of an upbeat tone that includes a groovy and jazz-sounding guitar solo. There definitely is no doubt that the band is nothing but on their way up in their careers and are just around the corner from blowing up and becoming everyone’s fan favorite. I can easily say that if they roll through your city playing a show it’s going to be one worth checking out!
